At BIIOS, we are committed to delivering quality outcomes for every client. Because our services involve significant time, expertise, and custom work from the moment an engagement begins, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional services.
Service Retainers and Project Fees
Before work begins: If you cancel your engagement before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made.
After work has begun: Once work on your project has started, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis — meaning you will be charged only for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. Any advance payment beyond that amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
Completed deliverables: No refunds are issued for work that has been delivered and accepted. If you have concerns about a deliverable, please raise them within 7 days of delivery so we can address them.
Community Programmes
Industry Visits: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before an industry visit are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future visit. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable due to logistical commitments.
Seminars: Free seminars are non-refundable (no fee is charged). For paid seminars, a full refund is available up to 48 hours before the event.
Startup Competitions: Entry fees are non-refundable once the submission deadline has passed.
Process
To request a refund, email us at hello@biios.in with your name, engagement details, and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 business days.
Exceptions
BIIOS reserves the right to decline a refund request if:
- The request is made in bad faith or in an attempt to retain deliverables without payment
- The project was delayed or cancelled due to the client's failure to provide required inputs or approvals
